Three rounds on one Table Check use 2 credits in total. Moving that Check to a Room Tab adds no credits. A room-service order uses 3 credits, regardless of how it is settled. Free guest requests use none; eligible productive commerce and bookings follow the guest-service completion rule.

The upfront pack purchase is ETB 2,500.00 for 500 credits; this estimate is consumption value, not a monthly subscription or guaranteed cash bill. Included credits, debt and your account’s funding affect replenishment.
Start without a purchase decision
Welcome credits: 250 credits once per eligible business. They expire at the earlier of 60 days after the first qualifying journey and 90 days after they are issued. Hotel outlets share the account’s balance.
Signup reports the credits actually issued and their expiry.
Paid use begins only after terms acceptance; later purchases offset any credit debt first. Read the credit terms
Pack prices and weights are protected for the launch year: outstanding purchased credits keep their v1 weights, and a later denomination never automatically devalues them.
