Cache has measured 99.9% uptime over the stated reporting period. Eligible enterprise plans carry a separate 99.0% contractual SLA. All guest, order, and operational data is stored on servers located in Ethiopia and never leaves the country without explicit opt-in. Cache uses AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, role-based access control, and SOC2-equivalent security controls including zero-trust admin access and automated anomaly detection. Digital payments are processed through Telebirr, Ethiopia's licensed mobile money operator, and settle directly to your merchant account. Cache is rolling out automatic, government-verifiable digital tax receipts across checkouts under Ethiopia's Electronic Invoicing System Administration Directive No. 1142/2026 (Ministry of Revenues), included on every plan at no extra cost.

Eligible enterprise plans include a 99.0% contractual uptime SLA. If we fall short, you receive automatic service credit. No forms, no negotiation.
Data Residency — Ethiopia First
All guest data, order data, and hotel operational data is stored on servers located in Ethiopia. Your data never leaves Africa.

Payment Security
Digital payments are processed through Telebirr, Ethiopia's licensed mobile money operator. Funds settle directly to your own merchant account — Cache never holds, pools, or routes your money, and never stores raw payment credentials.

Cache is rolling out automatic, government-verifiable digital tax receipts across checkouts — table checks, quick sales, and hotel invoices — built around Ethiopia's Electronic Invoicing System Administration Directive No. 1142/2026, issued by the Ministry of Revenues. Each receipt is digitally signed and reported at the moment of sale.

Data Privacy
Your hotel and restaurant data belongs to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your operational or guest data with third parties. Period.
Guest identity (CGIS) is opt-in and anonymised for analytics. Guests may request data deletion at any time via the guest app or by contacting support@cache.et.
